RV345 SSL VPN enabled and configed all, but port:8443 no open ?

How is your connection to provider ?  you need to check with ISP any filters on their side, by default of this is configured the port open automatically for the connection.

yes, I think so. I connected the router location . But, What I am puzzled is “tcping” tool detected the port 8443 no open.
