I have a 30Mbps connection to the internet through my ISP (Surewest). When I connect my laptop directly into ISP wall jack, I get 28Mbps down and 79Mbps up speeds. When I connect my RVS4000 router into the same outlet and then connect my laptop to the router, I can't get above 23Mbps / 20Mbps
