Site to Site VPN between two rv042g

I was able to established a point to point VPN connection between my two RV042G using a static public address, my problem is that I can ping the inside LAN port 192.168.120.1 but cannot ping or access any of the inside workstations on either site. I temporally disabled the firewall to see if may that would work but still cannot access my inside network. 

Please help, I need to set this up for 15 remote sites, this are the first two

Do I need to follow this guide even if my two devices are connected? I can ping the inside address for the lan port from both sites, but I cannot ping or access any computer or device inside the network
