SPA3102 VoIP-To-PSTN Gateway problem

I have an Asterisk system fully operational at my offices in Cape Town, with a VPN to my house in the UK. I have a VoIP phone here in the UK that interfaces to the Asterisk system and everything works OK.

I have now added an SPA3102 here in the UK, configured as an extension on the Asterisk PBX and it has successfully registered. So if any extension (ie SIP phone) on the Asterisk system calls the SPA3102 they get a ringing tone and the UK home POTS phone rings. I have also managed to configure the SPA3102 so that the UK POTS phone can either call any Asterisk SIP extension, or  dial out as normal on the BT line. The UK POTS phone can also successfully receive incoming BT calls. And I have configured the SPA3102 such that any incoming BT calls will hear the Asterisk dial tone after a predetermined period, the idea being that they can then connect with any Asterisk extension, or dial out via the SA VoIP service.

My problem...... A final requirement is for any Asterisk extension to have the option to dial out over the BT line, which I assume is the 'VoIP-To-PSTN Gateway Setup', but this is where I really am struggling to configure correctly. Although 'enabled', the line just rings, as does the UK POTS phone, but no transfer to the BT line.

Has anyone got any suggestions?

Ok, it DOES now transfer any SIP call, 'VoIP-To-PSTN Gateway', to the BT line. Seems I just needed to remove and re-connect power to the SPA3102.

However, the UK POTS phone fails to now ring during the 'VoIP Answer Delay' period.
