VDSL connection with proximus

Hello,

I bought 1 cisco 887va - K9. I would like configure it on a proximus(belgium) internet pro VDSL connection but i don't find the right configuration.

The line of ISP don't sync. the led CD are flashing permanently.

Do you have a standard configuration for this case?

Or maybe not as it states: "There is no need to configure any VDSL2 parameters from CPE side. Any specific VDSL2 settings should be set on the DSLAM side." Which means that you are at the mercy of Proximus technical support..
