VLAN to Different WAN - RV320

Hi Everyone,

This may be a silly question and it may not be.

A situation has arrived where by I will need two connections for two different subnets (on a temporary basis).

I have a sg300 switch handling VLANS and a RV320 handling the routing for internet traffic, that all works fine.

On a temporary basis i would need to send traffic from one subnet through one connection and traffic from another subnet through another. Is this achievable on the RV320 and if so where would I look at configuring that.

My initial thought is at the firewall by denying certain subnet traffic through to a specific IP range and vice versa.

Hello gilespapworth,

You can totally do so! Go to System Management --> Dual WAN ---->Interface Setting Table.

Once you're there please select either WAN 1 or WAN 2 and then click edit and scroll down to Protocol Binding Table, click add select service as All Traffic, source IP as the IP addresses in the VLAN, Destination IP as 0.0.0.0 to 0.0.0.0 (so they will have internet access), Interface as the WAN interface you'd like to use for that subnet and click on the checkbox under Status then save your configuration and you're done!
