12.2.15.ZJ3

2620XM running 12.2.15.ZJ3 IP-Voice feature at customer site. Recently they noticed some issue on the router. We want to reproduce this in the lab before give an upgrade recommendation, however we couldn't find 12.2.15ZJ3 or ZJ5 anymore in the download center. I guess maybe Cisco removed this old version already. Can anybody give me a hand on this? Thanks

A lot of images were removed from CCO last year if I remember correctly. Your best bet would be to get this image from the customer router ot tftp server if you want to recreate the issue. I would probably recommend you upgrade to a more recent image though.
