I'm using a 1711 router. After setting it up, I got complaints from my users that they cant access the inbox of their web-based emails. An example is Yahoo and Hotmail. They can login to their account but when the click the inbox, they get an error as if they have no internet connection.
can anyone help me figure this out?

Are you using any access list.
Can you post the configuration.

no. but after tinkering the ACL i got the connections right. AND it solved the problem
I've been circling about it for 3 days. thanks
