2611 and WIC-4ESW

i was just woundering if its possible to use a WIC-4ESW with a 2611 non-XM router?

with any IOS versions, i just want to know if its possibly or not.

Hi,

Per my knowledge, WIC-4ESW is only for 1700 platforms. It not supported in 2600 platforms. You may have to consider NM-16ESW.

i feel a biyt dumb for buying that WIC-4ESW, but i bought the NM-16ESW today, should get it this week, maybe thats why the WIC wasnt that expensive haha.
