2650 Loosing config on reloads.

I am configuring two 2650XM routers with 130mb memory and with c2600-ik9s-mz.122-21a code on it. After the config I do the "wr mem" and copy the config to startup and even to the flash and nvram but when it reloads it looses the config and asks me to start again with the default conifg. I need to ship these routers tommorow , any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

is the config resigster value the correct one? the normal is 0x2102, the config register may be telling the router to by pass the config. If that's not the issue then you have a faulty nvram.. Let us know how it goes..

Thanks for the reply, I figured it out and you are right the config-register was set to a wrong value. After I posted the query i went back and founf the value incorrect.
