Has anyone seen this before? We have a 3850-24XU with 8x10G Uplink Module that once a SFP is plugged in to 1 of the 8 ports it causes all 8 ports on the network module to go into an errdisable loop. See below. We've tried cisco and 3rd party SFPs and same issue. We have the unsupported transceiver command in. It doesnt matter what port the SFP is plugged into. The only way to break the loop is to issue a reboot.
000037: *May 19 08:09:22: %PLATFORM_PM-6-MODULE_ERRDISABLE: The inserted SFP module with interface name Te1/1/1 is not supported

have you tried other option mentioned in the document and bug.
shut / no shut
Workaround: remove sfp module
shutdown/no-shutdown
in the interface mode insert sfp module
or upgrade or downgrade the version it was suggested.

Please upgrade to 3.7.5 and do not upgrade to 16.X.X.
Also be aware of CSCvq53573.
