3850 with Lanbase license

How much routing capabilities do I have with lanbase?  Meaning can I use floating static routes?

ip route x.x.x.x x.x.x.x 10.0.0.1

ip route x.x.x.x x.x.x.x 10.0.0.2 200   ---- Will this work 

I have tested and it doesn't seem like that will work.   How much EIGRP capabilities do I have if any?

You really need IPbase , your trying to route with aLayer 2 license
