3945 speed negotiation

I have 3945 router with a Gig interface having an optical module(GLC-LC-SM).

Basically I use a fiber from my gig interface to ISP

My ISP doesnot allow the use of speed as auto/auto

But in my Gig interface, I want to stop autonegotiation.

I have a universal image 15.0(1)M3 -c3900-universalk9-mz.SPA.150-1.M3 with ipbasek9 and datak9 licences enabled

I dont have a command that disables speed negotiation

1) I have a doubt. Does speed 10(or) 100 (or) 1000 as mentioned below will disable negotiation.

Because in other IOS we have a seperate command "speed no-negotiate" that disables and we also

do a "speed <val>" to hardcode the speed

Router(config-if)#speed ?
  10    Force 10 Mbps operation
  100   Force 100 Mbps operation
  1000  Force 1000 Mbps operation
  auto  Enable AUTO speed configuration

Please help on whether we need a seperate command to disable speed autonegotiation (or) will the speed <val>

do it ( manually configures a speed by disabling speed negotiation)

If so what is the use of speed no-negotiate that comes in certain IOS?

Thank you all.

With fiber SFP module, speed is fixed and auto-negotiation is disabled.

Consequently, there is no need to enter any command.

Is it only with the later IOS or is it with old IOS too.

Because my ISP doesnot allow auto/auto
