4321 router license is not installing

Hi All,

I am configuring license on cisco router 4321 ISR using Token generated. but router is not activating license.

We have smart account and created Virtual account on cisco Smart account portal and generated a token for the registration of Cisco router 4321 and but that Token is not accepting on cisco router 4321.

note : Internet is not pinging from router.

Same issue on my VM CUCM call manager.

I think you need Internet connectivity to activate the license. Post the full running configuration of your router...

As suggested other post you need one time internet connection to active, or you should have local satellite server for offline registration.
