Dear friends,

We have two FWSM modules in the 6500 switches as active-active failover mode with two contexts (primary is active for Production context and secondary is active for Staging context).

Today morning we found that a failover has happened on the secondary FWSM and it caused the disconnection of servers which are in Production context. Can anybody give me hints please?It's great if anybody can help me .Which logs do you need??(sys log is a big one)

Hi,

Take a look at the logs on the router or if you have sys log set up, then take a look at that and see what error messages you see.  Also, take a look a the flash and look for crash files on it.  You may need to open a ticket with TAC and send them the logs and/or crash files if there are any
