7206VXR NPE-G2 Slower Inbound than Outbound

We're seeing an anomaly on our inbound network traffic being slower than our outbound traffic; It's about 20-50 times slower and fluctuates dramatically.  Internal traffic is fine and we get full line speed.  We're running two 7206VXR routers with NPE-G2 each running a BGP connection to two different providers each receiving full tables.  To try to isolate the problem we've pulled the advertisement from one upstream and have statically routed any of our traffic to the download source as to avoid the use of BGP.  Removing these complexities the problem still exists.  Any help would be appreciated.  We've tested this from many sources but in the config examples I'm posting the source IP for test file transfers is 74.86.116.210.  This config on either router produces the same results even though they are with different providers. Here are the relevant config segments (counters cleared shortly before grabbing the config):

Well, the output to the command "sh interface G0/2 is totally useless.

4 input errors, 0 CRC, 0 frame, 0 overrun, 4 ignored

However, in 64 seconds you're getting input errors already?  That's not good.   And look at Gi0/1, within 6 seconds after you've cleared the counters you've got input errors.

I'm suspecting this is speed/duplex mismatch error you're seeing.
