7600 Router - 1 AS - 4 Active RP with Redundancy

Hi all,

Is it possible to configure 4 numbers of RPs in an AS with redundancy, all RPs in an AS. If one of this RP goes down, multicasting should continue with the remaining 3 RPs.

Can I run MSDP with Default Peer (MBGP can not be used). Please suggest with sample configuration.

Please let me know any more details needed.

The best solution is AnyCast with MSDP.
