900 ISR CCP Express not displaying correctly / not supported

Dear All,

 

I have recently bought the 900 ISR router and installed CCP express cisco-config-pro-exp-admin-k9-3_5_3-en

 

when I use IE11 , I got display issue, see attached

and it is not usable, cant select the button properly

 

if I use chrome, firefox, opera, edge, it will stuck at the splash screen/please wait infinitely

 

i also check my version, it show compatible

Hi

I have the same problem with my C927-4PLTEGB router

unfortunetly the 3.5.3 is NO longer supported, i contact an Tac Enginer and he said me there is no support anymore.

i don't know why they don't write this in CLEAR before i order this router

Hello,

 

hard to say. What OS (e.g. Windows 10) is your client running ? Check the release notes for requirements.

Thanks for replying, im using windows 10 pro 64bit. I tried checking the release note you mention about the compatibility. Router Firmware version met. Also try workaround list, did not seem to have any issue related to mine. 

I also tried IE compatibility view, still same.

Also try Java, Windows, chrome update.

Anything I could try?

The result are still same.
