911 issue

Cisco CCM 6.1xx, Cisco router 2821.

We have a city and county 911 dispatch center and they don't like each other. Here is my problem, when I call 911, it goes to the city dispatch and it needs to go to the county.

I have the correct co analog line on port 0/0/0 on the router, have route pattern for 911 and 9,911 in the cm, have dial-peer voice 911 pots and 9911 pots in the router and it still goes to the city dispatch.

The real odd thing I haven't been able to figure out is the caller ID the city gets has the Main corp address (city) (wrong addres for the calling location, county) but it shows a analog number we don't own.

Put simply, there is nothing you can do about it, zero, nada, zip.

If nothign works I suggest you have a letter written by a lawyer to telco.
