We've installed a new line card A9K-8X100GE-L-SE into our ASR9000 and it was up recently however upon a power cycle due to planned power outage the line card won't come back up on its own. Im looking for some help on how to recover this device to boot time. Our other line card pulls down firmware from the RSP just fine but this line card does not. We've tried different slots as well.

I've attempted a few times to set TFTP parameters on the line card by attaching to the console of the line card but not sure if my commands are right or not. Can someone have a look at the boot up of the line card to see if you have any ideas on how I can rescue this thing?
