i am looking to access from my home to my work with internet.

i have a static ip in my modem router, and i want to gain access to my modem router from my home.

can you give an idea?

Do you mean you want to connect to your home router when you are at work?

Or do you mean you want to connect to your workplace from your home using your home router?

Pasting  a VPN configuration could be a little bit difficult. Because, I don't  know which IOS, VPN Client, Client Platform, etc. you use.

Once I worte a VPN Setup for Apple iPhone and iPad usage, maybe this will help you a little.

What you are asking is certainly possible but we would need a lot more information about your home router, your workplace setup etc. It should also be said that if your company will probably have a policy regarding remote access and they won't just let any old person connect any old bit of kit to their network.
