Accepting IPsec EULA on ASR1002-X

Hi

I've got a ASR 1002-X that's currently licensed as IPBase. It's currently booting "bootflash:/asr1002x-universalk9.03.13.05.S.154-3.S5-ext.SPA.bin".

I'd like to do DMVPN with IPSec encryption. How do I go about doing this?

I've accepted the EULA, and have temporarily activated 'advipservices', but the log shows me that %CRYPTO-6-ISAKMP_ON_OFF: ISAKMP is OFF and 'show license' shows me

How do I accept this EULA?

I just want to get things tested before purchasing the applicable license..

I finally found out what was causing this issue.

I had declared an ipsec profile, but hadn't applied it to any interfaces. Applying it to a tunnel interface caused everything to kick into life.
