add port to (port-channel)

Hello

i have router ASR1006 

with paltform  1/0 BUILT-IN-6TGE ok 1w1d

i make ten1/0/1 , ten1/0/2 , ten1/0/3 as Port-Channel 1 and everything working fine

i create same subinterface for example

interface po1.9
 encapsulation dot1Q 9
 ip address X.X.X.X X.X.X.X

!

after that i try to add ten 1/0/0 to port-channel 1 

by 

int ten1/0/0
channel-group 1

but i get message error 

% Error: Interface has subinterface configured

so what  i can do ? remove a all sub-interface from port-channel then add the ten1/0/0 then add again a sub-interface 

or what ?

bad news , is hard-work to remove all sub-interface
