Can a cisco 2851 having Point to point wireless as the primary link be configured to have adsl as backup interface?
If so how, if not which is the best option for backup?

Hi Jacob
It totally depends upon the kinda connectivity options available out there in your location.
If you have ISDN then you can check out for ISDN back up or else you can even check out for Point to Point Leased line connectivity between your locations..

Hi Prem
I know ISDN is an option but I want to know if ADSL can be used as a backup. This is my requirement really. Only if it is not possible to have adsl lines as a backup i want to look for some other option. So, do you know if ADSL can be supported as a backup interface.
Any sample configs or documents

Hi Jacob
AFAIK You can use ADSL as a backup but on top of it i feel you need to use either a GRE tunnel or ipsec tunnel to have secure data communication established between your locations.
