advanced metroipaccess license for MPLS

I've installed advanced metroipaccess license to support MPLS on ASR920 after installing the license and activate it using 

# license boot level advancedmetroipaccess. command and reboot the system, the license state is Active, Not in Use.

how could i solve this issue

Have you set the 'license boot level' followed by a reload?
