Advertised Distance ?????

Is the advertised distance the second lesser number when you use the sh ip eigrp topology command? The FD is stated but am not sure when I see a number like this (4115200/40640000). I think that 40640000 is the AD. Am I rightor not? Please Advise?

The second numer is indeed the advertised distance, as per the following documentation:
