ASR 1000 "otv convergence timers aggressive" Invalid command

Hi,

I cannot enable otv convergence timers aggressive command on our Cisco ASR 1000. It says invalid command. 

Router(config)#otv convergence timers aggressive

Looks like time command not accepting Global level.

check otv ?

or try interface overlay level ?

Otv is enabled and already working.
No luck even inside the interface.

To enable it:

Router#conf t

Router (config)#service internal

Router (config)#otv convergence timers aggressive
