This is my complete BOM, please advice if i miss out any SKU. this routers need to support up to throughput 40Gbps (WAN Link Incoming 2x10Gbps). Thanks.

Hello,

I could be wrong, but as far as I recall, you only need throughput licenses for encrypted/VPN traffic. The 4x10GE interfaces in your BOM should be all you need to get the throughput desired (40GE), if it is not encrypted traffic obviously...

I belive most looks ok, but still you need performance License for Security, please refer the above document mentioned close look.

Note : if you are not sure about the requirement, suggest to contact Local Cisco Partner, if not you end up costing high adding more and more missing component, it may delay delivery and deployment.

we only suggesting based on the input - but still we are not sure what is the requirement.

This is just the default 8 Gb memory.  If this router is going to be facing the internet then do not skimp on the memory, especially the DRAM.
