ASR 1001-X clear license

hello, 

 

our clients has issue on clearing 20g throughput lic,

actually our clients had purchase 20g throughput lic  ,downloaded it & installed on ASR 1001-x router,

 

 now they wish to clear the lic on router 

 

can anyone help me is there a way to clear the 20g throughput lic
