ASR 1006 SPA-5x1GE-v2 ports not comming up

                   Dear All,

I have ASR 1006 SPA-5x1GE-v2 module that is inserted in SIP-10 of this device.

'show platform' indicates that the card is operating correctly. I have power down and restarted the module as well but all the ports on this module remain down. I tried everything and finally I even made all the interfaces on this card to default config and connected two interfaces back to back. Still the interfaces wont come up.

The default interface on this device is although up.

Do you all have any suggesstions to make these interfaces up.

I can provide more information as well. Since, I was on webex I could not copy and hence I have not posted. Please let me know what information is required and I will bring it here.

Can you share the output of "show hw-module all fpd" and indicate the slot in which you have inserted the module ??
