ASR1000-SIP10 unknow after migration from 3.x to 16.x

Hi Guys,

 

does anyone know the problem that after a migration of RP2 from 3.x to 16.x the SIP10 cards are no longer recognized?

And yeah, I know that the SIP10 with 16.x are no longer supported, but the cards are not recognized anymore in other routers with 3.x, there are no LEDs blinking, status "unknown", nothing at all.

It doesn't change anything. The cards that failed continue to fail. It looks like they won't even get any more power because the LEDs won't turn on.

If it would be a software problem, an error message would be spit out rather than the cards would simply not start anymore.
