[ASR1001] CRITICAL, All Fans Failed

Hello,

I have a critical led that lit up on my ASR1001.

With the command "show facility-alarm status", I have this :

System Totals Critical: 4 Major: 2 Minor: 0
Source Severity Description [Index]
------ -------- -------------------
Power Supply Module 0 CRITICAL Power Supply Failure [0]
Power Supply Module 0 CRITICAL All Fans Failed [1]
Power Supply Module 0 MAJOR Fan 0 Failure [3]
Power Supply Module 1 CRITICAL Power Supply Failure [0]
Power Supply Module 1 CRITICAL All Fans Failed [1]
Power Supply Module 1 MAJOR Fan 0 Failure [3]

What seems odd to me is that at one time I would have a problem with the fans on my two power supplies?
I do not understand that it happens at the same time on both.
Could this be another problem?

thanks

best regards,

Can someone visually inspect the power supplies?  This could either be CSCvc16495 or CSCvi23510.

Hello Leo, visually everything seems to be working normally

It looks like the bug mentioned on the links. But is there no solution explained?

thanks
