i need to know if i don't add FLSA1-2X-IPS4G what is the bandwidth plain IPsec encryption (1400-byte packets) ? with defualt 5Gbps

it means that if i dont add this  FLSA1-2X-IPS4G licence i will have 1.8Gbps bandwidth right ?

and i must have at least 8G of Ram ?

ALL I know now is this licence FLSA1-2X-IPS4G TO UPGRADE TO 4G throughput but if i dont add it there is no any IPSEC licence for VPN and GRE ?
