ASR9006 dropping L2 traffic ingress on VPLS setup

Hej

We are seeing a weird behavior where ASR9006 sattellite (ASR9000-V2) is dropping packets on ingress.

We tried many different combinations on the interface regarding vlan operations but it just keeps dropping packets coming from CPE side even if we configure encapsulation as default.

There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with VPLS it self since it learns MAC from remote site no issues

Version= 5.3.4

interface GigabitEthernet100/0/0/0.300 l2transport

 encapsulation dot1q 300

We see ASR dropping input traffic from local side

Learning Remote MAC but NOT local MAC

 To Resynchronize MAC table from the Network Processors, use the command...
    l2vpn resynchronize forwarding mac-address-table location <r/s/i>
