ASR901 does not take service-policy output command

Hi,

We are in progress rolling out a couple of ASR901 as WAN CPE routers.

We are planning to use HQF (Hierachical QoS Framework).

Have a pretty basic parent - child config (see below). When I apply the policy on the WAN facing interface nothing actually happens. The policy is not applied and I do not get any error message.

Tried same polilcy on other router platforms, and it works OK there.

What is the problem?
