When we configured police rate for our bng subscribers , we got input drops, what can cause to get "libipv4_fib_switch.dll" drops ?

tough one. Even Google only renders 6 (!) hits, none of which are any useful. I wonder if you can somehow extract that DLL and post it here, maybe opening it up in a text editor gives a hint of what this .dll is doing...
