Hi,
I have 2 Cisco 887's with identical problems. The ATM interface won't come up, even when tested on a known working line.
Running-conf for the atm is:

ip flow ingress
no atm ilmi-keepalive

encapsulation aal5mux ppp dialer
dialer pool-member 1

Interface IP-Address OK? Method Status Protocol
ATM0 unassigned YES NVRAM down down
Dialer0 unassigned YES NVRAM up up
When enabling debugging I get the following every 5 minutes or so:
