Azure Site-to-Site VPN: Can ping from on-prem to Azure VMs but not visa versa
Need some help. I've got a successful site-to-site VPN connection running. All traffic flows as it should, except I cannot ping from Azure VMs to my on-prem VMs. For example, if I ping from on-prem (i.e. 192.168.1.90) to Azure VM (10.0.0.1), it works. If I ping from Azure VM (i.e. 10.0.0.4) to on-prem (192.168.1.90) I get request timed out. All other traffic flows correctly. Just can't ping from Azure VMs to local ips. I can ping from Azure VM to WAN addresses, like google.com. Wondering if someone could tell me if something is up with my config. I have added exclusions for ICMP in Windows Firewalls on both sides and Azure NSGs, so that can't be it.
