While testing the backbone router, below sentence appeared.

You know, it is just resetting due to exception error continually.
Actually we delivered it(WS-X6704-10GE) to my customer.
A month later, customer told me that it was not working properly.
So I figured out that it was something problem...
For that reason, I'm here to ask you guys what is the problem when you see the logs.

Whenever there are SCP errors that means there is a problem with software download from Supervisor to the line card or communication failure between the two. Whenever this error is seen, Line card has to be replaced.
If you notice the logs, the SCP error keeps coming and the supervisor card resets the card. It will keep going into a reset loop.
