Bad memory on an RSP720?

We may have encountered the famous "degraded memory" issue with some of our RSP720 install base, and I'm looking for a way to confirm it.  The link for Field Notice 63553 states that "Offline diagnostic test item ST4 captures the suspect memory chip." - is this test something that we can run on the affected device, or is it some internal Cisco reference?

It's an on-board memory chip.  When you have this, the supervisor card won't boot and won't even go into ROMmon.
