Currenlty, I am receiving full routes from my ISPs. I want to change BGP confinguration to receive directly connect routers (only ISP customers routes). Does this require any configuration change at ISPs routers.
Thanks,

You can either ask the ISP to send you a partial feed or filter the routes on your side. The most efficient way would be to ask your provider though.
Hope this helps,

If you decide to do the filtering on your side, you can refer to an AS_PATH filtering example presented in the following document:

Hi Hritter,
Just a quick question on top, I was wondering, who actually can determines how many routes, like full/partial/default internet routes? Does the ISP will determine to customer?
If let say, ISP given full routes, can we actually filter and accept only partial routes?
thanks in advance.

Usually, you have these 3 options (full, partial, default) that you can ask your ISP. In this case it is then the ISP who will do the filtering on their side. To answer your second question, yes you can have your ISP to send you the full intrnet routing table and filter on your side but what is the point.
Hope this helps,
