What is the best way to advertised received routes from one neighbor AS to another. We have two neighbor ASes and they don't share each other's routes.

If you are an enterprise and those two AS's are ISP, be careful, don't advertise prefixes not yours to the internet. This will cause the traffic to go from the first AS to the second one through your network and utilize your bandwidth and router resources. Only advertise your own prefixes

The two ASes are MPLS service providers that are not advertising routable prefixes. They are only advertising WAN ips for MPLS IP VPN and LAN blocks that are associated with them. So basically I am trying to advertise the private LAN blocks to be routable over two different ASes so we can communicate with remote sites.
