Why is ibgp next-hop changed when i used maximum path command ?

Because you can only send one next-hop to your iBGP peers, despite the fact that you might select more than one eBGP next-hop. Therefore the right thing to do is to set the next hop to self in this scenario.

Your question is not clear for us to give the right direction, it would be nice if you can provide some configuration and output to understand better.
