If you really insist on getting a BoM for an end-of-sale product, you need to add "maintenance" in the list because you're going to need it.

as per the information i was provided based on the serial what device is this - if you looking BoM ( as @Leo Laohoo  mentioned)

this device end of life - contact local partner of they have any stock to sell you or look for new models which cisco offically sell
