Branch office VPN

Can someone help me understand what configuration I will need to connect the new branch office?

We have a main office connected with 4 branch offices on dedicated circuits.  The new office is not on a dedicated circuit but instead connected through a comcast cable connection.

Existing provider is Century Link using the dedicated circuits and MPLS to route VoIP SIP and VLANs.

I'm looking for general information here.

I intend to connect the new branch office with a VPN and then use NAT to route to existing VLAN's for VoIP and Data.

Is it Comcast INTERNET or private line? If its INTERNET, there is the possibility of increased congestion and QOS is likely less effective. Most MPLS networks will allow some QOS, but ISP connections are first-come, first-served.
