Bridging a subinterface with a trunk port for the same vlan id

Cisco 7600,  ES+ card.

So I have two GigE ports.  Ge1/6   and Ge1/7.

Ge1/6  is a port where I have bunch of sub interfaces created each with unique vlan id. For Example below.

interface GigabitEthernet1/6.3119

encapsulation dot1Q 3119

Ge1/7 is a trunk port with allowing mutilpe vlans including vlan 3119.

interface GigabitEthernet1/7

switchport

switchport trunk allowed vlan 600,651,1096,1111,2410,3015,3182,3237,3247,3322,3119

switchport mode trunk

speed nonegotiate

flowcontrol send off

no cdp enable

end

How do I bridge both interfaces together for VLAN 3119 only?  I want to create an SVI 3119 and assign an IP on SVI.
