Dear all,

Today I faced two bus errors on my cisco 2911 router. Of course, after it occurs, router rebooted. Below is a detailed information about second one:

System returned to ROM by bus error at PC 0x23B1DEEC, address 0x3C at 09:06:47 UTC Tue Apr 9 2013

System image file is "flash0:c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.152-3.T.bin"Last reload type: Normal ReloadLast reload reason: bus error at PC 0x23B1DEEC, address 0x3C

Stack trace from system failure:

Just before bus error, I had following error message in console:

*Apr  9 09:06:44.611: %SYS-2-NOBLOCK: may_suspend with blocking disabled. -Process= "Ethernet Msec Timer CFM", ipl= 0, pid= 119

-Traceback= 23C7D6F8z 21296A50z 23C3A8E8z 23C3A8CCz *Apr  9 09:06:44.631: %IP_VFR-4-FRAG_TABLE_OVERFLOW: GigabitEthernet0/1: the fragment table has reached its maximum threshold 16 *Apr  9 09:06:45.623: %SYS-2-BLOCKHUNG: Task hung with blocking disabled, value = 0x1. -Process= "Ethernet Msec Timer CFM", ipl= 0, pid= 119

I will add, that I had IPSLA configured on ga0/1 and ga0/2 , on ga0/0 I have NAT.

I suspect bad IPSLA configuration, but I a, walking in the fog right now.

Thank you in advance for any help, tip or support.

Regards

Piotr

Yesterday my router crashed again, now with different error:

Last reload reason: bus error at PC 0x230FAF2C, address 0xB0D0B11

Those errors stop me in applying router in production enrironment. Does anybody know what is the cause of such strange behaviour?

Thank you in advance for help.
