c1111 router licensing

hi

we have got C1111-8PLTELA with ipbase and security license. the firmware which was with the router supported only smart license. because of that we downgraded to c1100-universalk9_ias.16.09.02.SPA.bin. when we check show license, i can see security as permanent but nothing under ipbase. do i have to get PAK for ipbase if i have to get it permanently activated?

The license key for the ipbasek9 package is activated by default. - is this output after upgrade or before upgrade to 16.9.X ?

Hello,

--> c1100-universalk9_ias.16.09.02.SPA.bin

This translates to release Fuji-16.9.2 ED, for which SmartNET is still mandatory. If you want to use Right-to-use licensing, you need a 16.8 release.

You should see as below : (but looks something went wrong after upgrade, or something not correct while you doing smart License)

Quick to resolve is contact license@cisoc.com they are very quick and get you right
