Hello,
The configuration register on Cat3560 is unused and should no have any influence on the ability to log in.
How exactly does the problem with logging in manifest itself? Can you post a transcript of the login procedure that fails? Is it possible that the password has been changed, or if using RADIUS/TACACS+, that the AAA server is unreachable?
In general, you should at least be able to perform a password recovery procedure and afterwards, redefine your passwords so that they work again.
Best regards,
Peter
