What firmware is the switch running on and what is the uptime of the switch/stack?

Switch version is

16.6.5 CAT3K_CAA-UNIVERSALK9 

uptime is 10 weeks, 2 days, 11 hours, 57 minutes

The error message is from the Kernel of the OS.  

Once or twice is OK, however, if it is happening a lot reboot or upgrade the firmware.
